In the stronghold area Xiengkuang people held festival to support and to be gather mind ceremony of people.this photo may take in 1960s,the message on the verso of this photo said that:12-Although country is in the war cause but people tried to hold a festival always for solidarity of the local people.This photo collection by Sathou Nyai Khamfan Silasangvaro,former abbot of Vat Suvannakili and foud in Oct.2007 by Buddhist Archive of Photography in Luangprabang,Laos.(this photo is same one of C 1109-C 1137).
