Sathouyai Khamphan Silasangvaro,the abbot of Vat Khili,the former Chief-monk of the Budhhist Sangha of Luangprabang Province(when he was 57 years old).He gave to Sathouyai Mao Manivangso,the abbot of Vat Xiengthong for his Holiness on 20th December,B.E.2504,B.C.1961.
