Sathouyai Khamfan Silasangvaramahathera,the abbot of Wat Khili(1921-1987),the former chief-monk of the Buddhist Sangha of Luangprabang province passed away in 1987.The monks who were sitting in front of Sathouyai Khamphan's coffin were Sathouyai Mao Manivangso the abbot of Wat Xiengthong(left) and Sathou Thongsouk Souchinno Wat Saen Soukharam(right) were chanting Yahmouk(The sermon of ultimate liberation).The monks who were sitting at the back of the coffin were Sathouphor Onchanh(left,now he lives in Sydney,Australia) and Sathou Chanhtharin Chinnathammo the abbot of Wat Phoukouay Phokharam(right) in Sathouyai Khamphan's coffin procession from Wat Khili to Thatluang field on the cremation day.(This photo is the same as C0413 - C0432).
