The monk sprinkling water ceremony at Wat Saen Soukharam on 18th July 1992, which had Sathouyai Khamchanh Virachittamahathera were the chief-monk of the ceremony.The monks who attended the ceremony were chanting,and the monk who was invited to sprinkle water was sitting in the midle of the monks.
