Phra That Luang Stupa is the magnificent stupa in Vientiane Capital,which is the proud of Lao people and foreigners who came to visit .The stupa was built in A.D.928 by King Xaiyasethathiraj surrounded by the old stupa which was built by King Sithammasokaraj before B.C.307 in the Park of the east of Vientiane Capital.There is the festival in November every year.
