Sathou Khamchan Virachitto, the Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam (right) with his younger brother, Sisouphan Virachit (who was an army Mayor). This photograph was taken at Houy Xay Airport when they went there to participate in Khot Sim (the main hall' s boundary marking and stone setting) ceremony at Vat Chomkhao Manirath, Houy Xay District, Borkeo Province, in the 1960s with the Sangharaj Dhammayana Mahathera. Later Sisouphan Virachit became a monk of Vat Saen Sukharam and he passed away there in 1994, at the age of 58.
