Sathou Nyai Xaysamout Chotiko (1927-1992), the Abbot of Vat Pa Phon Phao. The photograph was taken when he was 40 years of age at Maitri Studio in Bangkok in 1967. He went there for Vipassana meditation training for 3 months at Mahathatvidhayala Foundation, Vat Mahathat.
