The cremation ceremony of King Sisavangvong at That Luang Field, Luang Prabang, on the 29th of October, 1962. This photograph shows the committee of the cremation ceremony moving the urn for the king's coffin from the chariot to the funeral pyre. The urn for the king's coffin now is kept in the chariot hall at Vat Xiengthong.
