The coffin of Novice Phoumy at Vat Sop Sikkharam who was killed by Sathou Si at Vat Sop Sikkharam. According to Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitto, the reason was that Novice Phoumy was gossiping about Sathou Si while they were having lunch, telling that Sathou Si was a lazy monk, not doing anything, just eating and sleeping. So Sathou Si was very angry with him and killed him with a knife. When Lao people got notice of that, they caught Sathou Si and brought him to the police station to be investigated. He went into jail and then was asked to stop being a monk. This photograph was taken in the 1950s.
