King Sisavangvatthana is giving the offering of Buddha images to the Abbots of Luang Prabang, lead by the Sangharaj Dhammayana Maha Thera (the Supreme Patriarch of the Lao Kingdom) from Vat Mai Souvannaphoumaram, in the Royal Palace on the 5th of July, 1961.
