The Cabinet of Kingdom of Laos, when Chao Souvannaphouma is the Prime Minister of Kingdom of Laos, posing infront of Provincial Administration Office of Luang Prabang after finishing the meeting of Luang Prabang Province in November, 1965. The Director of Department of Infrmation and Propagation of Luang Prabang gave this photo to Phya Khammongkhoun Virachit (an older brother of Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachitto Abbot of Vat Saen Sukharam), a Governor of Vientiane Capital for souvenir on the Lao New Years in B.E. 2509 (C.E. 1966).
