Somdet Phra Louk Keo Silasangvaro Mahathera or Sathou Nyai Khamfanh Silasangvaro Mahathera (1901 - 1987). He was the Abbot of Vat Suvannakhili, known as Vat Khili, and also the former Chao Khana Khoueng of Luang Prabang (the chief-monk of the provincial Buddhist Sangha).This photograph was taken in the 1960s.
