Sathou Nyai Khamchan Virachittathera and other important monks and Lao people from Luang Prabang are visiting and praying at Dhammayana Nousone (the Sangharaj Dhammayana Mahathera's monument), Vat Neunphanao, Nongkhai, Thailand, on the 14th of January, 1991. The monument was built by Sathou Phor Oune Aphakaro who now lives in France.
