Archbishop of this Holy Church of Bostra, in partibus, governing as coadjutor from March 3, 1844, until he succeeded his predecessor who died on November 10, 1845. He was decorated by his Holiness Pope Pius IX and given the title of Domestic Prelate and assistant to the Holy Papal Throne.
