The ADH telescope with roof open

An elevated view looking roughly north-east of the ADH telescope with the roof open. The dew cap is in place and the telescope is west of the pier. Three people appear in the image. At far left is Bart J. Bok. Partially obscured by the mirror and finder telescope is (most likely) J.S. Paraskevopoulos. Heavily obscured by the mirror and tube is (possibly) Uco van Wijk. These identifications are based on a closely-related photograph on the cover of Sky & Telescope magazine, 1951 February. The trees north of the enclosure appear slightly taller than the building. n/a. Extent: 1 photograph. Size and dimensions of original material: Height 22cm, width 31cm.
