Ardyn Undesnii Erkh

This collection contains editions of newspaper Ardyn Undesni Erkh, covering a period from January 1936 to the end of December 1941. As the only regular press item printed out for the general public, the editions carry a wide range of topics from politics, economy, science, education, to international affairs, including Second World War progress on eastern and western fronts, as well as home affairs.

It is noteworthy that while the traditional Mongolian script title remains consistent in each edition of the newspaper, the Cyrillic script and Latin script variants of the title differ across the collection.

Earlier editions of Ardyn Undesnii Erkh (1932-1935) were digitised by a subsequent project. See: EAP1391/1/2.
