This collection is possed by a Buddhist Newar in Kathmandu who has ancestral ties with Buddhists of Palpa and some other hilly townships. Texts in this collection are mainly ritual texts, Stotra, Sutra and Purana. Newar Buddhists still use those kinds of texts.
