Collected Works [1902-1928]

Collected works, or extensive selections, of major dramatists both in the indigenous jatra style and the ‘formal’ Western-style line across the full chronological range, from Jyotirindranath Tagore through Girishchandra Ghosh and Kshirodeprasad Vidyavinode to Sourindramohan Mukhopadhyay. In a few cases, it includes collected works embracing other genres as well as drama. There is also the interesting case of a complete set of translations of Shakespeare’s plays.
