The collection of Nellikuth Abdul Rahiman Musliyar conatins mainly manuscripts and printed texts related to the filelds such as fiqh, traiditional medicine, astronomy, tasawwuf etc. The collection, in that sesne represents a diversity. The languages in which the texts are written or published are mainly Arabic, Malayalam and Arabi-Malayalam. Most of the materials kept in this perosonal collection are collected from the locality. Abdul Rahiman Musliyar had studied and served in various madrassas across South India. The materials, however, are not preserved well and catalogued in a proper manner. They are rather kept in small boxes and not measures have been taken to prevent them from the physical damages.
