Custodial history: The Nigerian Railway Corporation, established in 1898 owns all the documents archived at its headquarters at Ebute-Metta, Lagos.
Arrangement: The collection was arranged originally by the archivists of the Nigerian Railway Corporation at Ebute-Metta around 1901. no specific order was used in the arrangement. Overtime, the collection became dishevelled and EAP1418 had to clean and sort the collectrion, to impose a semblance of order on them.
