This inscription is found on the western pillar of the sluice of the tank called Periyakaṇmāi located in the Teṉṉampāḍi village. தென்னம்பாடி பெரிய கண்மாய் மேற்கு மடைத்தூணில் இக்கல்வெட்டு உள்ளது. இந்த குளம் தென்னம்பாடி கிராமத்தை சார்ந்தது.
