This is one of six collections of Thai-Mon palm leaf manuscripts digitised by the EAP1123 project team.
The temple has collection of palm leaf manuscripts, mostly in Mon but with some Pāḷi and Thai, housed in a wooden cabinet off to the main shrine area. The collection was in fairly good condition and had been kept in wrappers. We examined every manuscript, most of which were on religious topics, but also included volumes on Pali grammar which for time reasons, we did not digitise in this iteration.
Custodial history: Custodians were unable to provide any information on the collection other than it was part of the religious life of the temple.
