In the center at the top, the author’s name is typed: “L.P. Shutov” (underlined by a double dashed line). At the bottom in the center in two lines is an inscription on a typewriter: “Mr. KOSTROMA / March 1989. ". The first line is underlined by a double dashed line. On sheet 12, the sheet number has a blue ballpoint pen marked “A”. On page 14, the author’s signature is in violet felt-tip pen: “L. Shutov. " The text contains information about the process of collectivization in the village of Strelnikovo and the surrounding villages.
