In the middle of the sheet is a two-line inscription made on a typewriter: “= SOME DATA / from the history of the SKOBELKIN family.” The first line is underlined by a single line, the second by a dotted double. Down the center there is a three-line inscription written on a typewriter: “ХХХ / Kostroma / June 1969. ”The first line is underlined by a single dotted line. On 2 and 4 sheets of the author's signature, green ink ballpoint pen. The text is dedicated to family stories about the history of the Skobelkin family, the genealogy of the family, and the family house currently located in the museum.
