The first sheet is attached to the liderine cover with iron brackets. A sheet with the names of deceased family members is attached to the second sheet from the inside with iron brackets. The back cover of the liderine cover is not attached to the commemorative. The cover on the outside is covered with a transparent membrane using iron staples. On the top cover is a circle of red paper with the number “21” in pencil (document number of the family archive). Below is an eight-pointed golden foil cross. Below is a paper sticker with an inscription in 2 lines: "On the commemoration of the deceased / family S c o b e l k i n y .".
