Typed copy of an 1832 letter written by Sir Alexander Johnston, with the note: "Copy of my letter to Lord Goderih of the 9th of April 1832 accompanied by the English translation of that part of Sluisken's memoir which relates to casts and their services etc., and the 3rd and 6th numbers of the Quarterly Journal of Education in which are published Patrick's papers. I told Lord G sometime ago when I was with him that I would send him this memoire." The translation is not included in this file.
