The book contains information on resource use and litigation between the communities of San Miguel el Alto, Túpataro and Hacienda Pomoca. It includes communiques, correspondence, legal records, and petitions, as well as sketch maps of Pomoca. The volume consists of 214 folios, which have been bound together and numbered. Documents relating to specific communities and/or processes are loosely grouped together and roughly organized according to date. The volume shows some deterioration, with some individual folios in poor condition.
