The book contains information on the division of lands in San Lucas Huarirapeo. Types of documents include community ordinances and censuses. Majority of the items (188 pages) document the division of land in 1873 The volume consists of 102 folios, which have been bound together and numbered. An alphaetical index is inlcuded at the end of the volume. The volume shows some deterioration, with some individual folios in poor condition.
