The book contains information on the division of lands and the allocation of titles and properties of Pajacuarán and Yxtlán; as well as the division of lands in San José and Tangancícuaro. It includes certificates, correspondence, deeds, and petitions. The volume consists of 154 folios, which have been bound together and numbered. Documents relating to specific communities and/or processes are loosely grouped together and roughly organized according to date. The volume shows some deterioration, with some individual folios in poor condition.
