The book contains information on the division of lands, embargo of assets and the payment of taxes in Zacapu; complaints regarding the tax on corn in Tirindaro; and transfer of land from Hacienda De Bellas Fuentes to the community of Tirindaro and Naranja. It includes proceedings, correspondence, reports, petitions, receipts, and telegrams. The volume consists of 281 folios, which have been bound together and numbered. Documents relating to specific communities and/or processes are loosely grouped together and roughly organized according to date. The volume shows some deterioration, with some individual folios in poor condition.
