The volume consists primarily of community proceedings, census records, correspondence, financial records, petitions, and receipts. The volume consists of 206 folios, which have been bound together and numbered. Documents relating to specific communities and/or processes are loosely grouped together and roughly organized according to date. The volume shows some deterioration, with some individual folios in poor condition.
