This handwritten document consists of pages in the size of 35x22 cm. Yelü Chucai (Yeh-lu Chu-tsai, 1190-1244) was a statesman of Khitan ethnicity with royal family lineage to the Liao Dynasty, who became an adviser and administrator of the early Mongol Empire.
