This document consists of typewritten and handwritten pages in the size of 21.5x28.3 cm. It is a copy of a text written in 1931. Note: The document is available in two copies. One of them is a handwritten scroll written in black. The typewritten version's 1, 3-7 and 9th pages were corrected with a blue pen. It is an incomplete document. Custodial history: A scholar of the Mongolian Institute of Sciences copied this document in the 1940s, and deposited it in the Institute.
