A Chinese inhabitant, Yuani Shan Da leading Rash's store opposed the Mongolian law as he fused with the troops of the rebellious Manchu and Chinese ministers and officers. We confiscated the livestock that he had gained by exploiting the Mongolian people and we send them to the state treasury in accordance with the public rules.
