Sangha Sakti was one of the main buddhist journal which published from Bengal and indeed in Bengali language. This quarterly published journal was devoted to spread buddhist philosophy to regionalwise. Translation of Buddhist text from original pali language into bengali, translation of buddhist literature, essays, articles on buddhism, buddhist devotional songs, news releted to buddhist community or organisations and other relevant topics were published continuously in each issue. Custodial history: The Bauddha Dharmankure Sabha (Bengal Buddhist Association) was founded in the year 1892 by the Most Ven’ble Kripasaran Mahasthavir to work for the revival and regeneration of Buddhism in the land of its birth. This association has an eronmous collection of some rare and precious books, journals, specially they have an extra-ordinary collection regarding Buddhist literature and philosophy in Bengali. The institution has generously allowed the archive team to get access to this material for digitization and as per the copyright rules and regulations.
