The Viswabharati quarterly: Vol.- 1; Issue-4 {1330 {B.S.} 1924}

A quarterly published journal from Visva Bharati University. All the common sections and articles of various erudite authors also have been printed. Aurthors like Rabindranath Tagore, Abanindranath Tagore, Dr. M. Winternitz, Prof. Kshitimonan Sen were enlisted in this 2nd issue of the Journal. It published articles on a wide range of issues including languages, social sciences, translation studies, social work, rural reconstruction, music, performance, education and science. Custodial history: The Bauddha Dharmankure Sabha (Bengal Buddhist Association) was founded in the year 1892 by the Most Ven’ble Kripasaran Mahasthavir to work for the revival and regeneration of Buddhism in the land of its birth. This association has an eronmous collection of some rare and precious books, journals, specially they have an extra-ordinary collection regarding Buddhist literature and philosophy in Bengali. The institution has generously allowed the archive team to get access to this material for digitization and as per the copyright rules and regulations.
