Jagaddhar Bhat Sanskrit Poet from Medieval Kashmir whose Stuti Kusumanjali is extant and published may be the same person who is authored this Commentary on the Katantra System of Sanskrit Grammar. Katantra Grammar is a simpification of the Classical Paninan System.
