Decoration: headpieces, initials and end-pieces are painted with inks and watercolors; head-pieces with floral ornament (f. 1, 2, 3, 4, 28, 41); headings-headpieces in frame (f. 48, 58); initials with floral ornament (f. 1, 2, 11, 16, 17, 20, 21, 23, 24, 28, 34, 38, 39, 40); end-pieces in the so-called style Playing Text [игра текстом] – triangle-shaped objects (f. 57); end-piece in the so-called style Playing Text [игра текстом] with a picture with floral ornament (f. 27, 33, 34, 36, 37, 39, 40, 41, 48, 55); end-pieces with floral ornament (f. 55).

The manuscript contains the service for Jesus Christ. It is a liturgical work attributed to Theoktistos the Stoudite (a Byzantine hymnographer and hagiographer of the 14th century) and the Canon and Troparion to Saint Pishoy saying for those who died unshriven. Binding: 2nd half of the 20 century, wooden binding, textile, 1 clasp. Textile bookmarks glued to the borders. Enclosures: the antiphon "From my youth up many passions have warred against me" [От юности моея мнози борют мя страсти] and a fragment of Patericon dated May, 1st. 1950s. (with texts added in 1960s - 1970s).

I-II + 1-57 (1950s) + 58-74 (1960s-1970s) + III-IV. 2 f. (enclosure); Condition: satisfactory. The manuscript was made in the community of Old believers-pilgrims living in the Tomsk-Chulym taiga. The manuscript has traces of old restoration (binding was changed).
