Paper: Russian machine-made paper without labels. First and last folios are typographical ruled paper. Writing style: half-uncial script by several hands. Decoration: heading and initials with red inks. The manuscript contains a daily prayer said by monks [по вся дни], the prayer of St. Zosima of Solovki. According the Life of Zosima of Solovki, this prayer was read by him “against fleshliness” [во освобождении от телесных уз]. The third prayer is for protection against demonic spirits and evil people, to John the Apostle. Without a cover. 8º, manuscript size – 180 mm x 110 mm.; 10 f; Condition: satisfactory. The manuscript is made in the community of Old believers-pilgrims living in the Tomsk-Chulym taiga.
