Two cardboard covers in blue colour, with designs of large dimensions (35 x 26 x 5 cm) that cover several douments as a folder and are gathered with a pink colour string. In the main cover a white paper with screeds is attached and the following inscription: "Presentation and resignations of the deceased Religious", corresponding to the title of the volume.
