Title in original script: தலைப்பு இல்லை (மருந்து செய்முறைகள்) The manuscript is constituted of a text comprising palm leaves numbered from 1 to 76 (there are two leaves n°1) and two leaves without a number; it is incomplete. The manuscript is in very good condition; the leaves are very darkened due to fungus infestation. The text is written in both prose and verses, which deals with preparation of medicines. The formulations which are mentioned concern: Decoctions: Vāta kacāyam, Cura kacāyam, Cilēttuma cura kacāyam and Pāvu kacāyam, a kacāyam for treating eczema (karappāṉ), delirium (caṉṉi) and dysentery (kirāṇi) and muscular atrophy (kaṇai). Medicated oils: Veḷḷuḷḷi tailam, Muṭṭai tailam, Aṇil tailam and Caruvāṅka tailam, medicated oils (eṇṇey) for treating sinusitis (pīnicam), discharge of pus in ears (kātil cīḻ vaṭital), scabies (ciraṅku) and antenatal diseases (karppa piṇi). Dried plant powders: Acuvakantāti cūraṇam and a cūraṇam for treating dysentery caused by worms (cītapēti). Medicated ghī: Naṇṭu ney and Pēyaṉ paḻa kirutam and a ney for treating muscular atrophy (kaṇai). Pills: Akkarā kuḷikai, Cañcīvi kuḷikai, Miruttuvāti kuḷikai and Ēlāti kuḷikai; Ratta kaṭuppu māttirai and Kaṭṭuvāti māttirai and pills (māttirai) for treating indigestion in infants (māntam). Waxy medicines: Pañcarai kuḻampu and Viṣa kuḻampu. Medicines (maruntu) for treating vomiting in children (kuḻantaikaḷ vānti) and oliguria (nīraṭaippu). Medicated fumes (pukai) for treating (caṉṉi). An external medicine (mattippu) to be applied on head for treating diseases caused by pitta imbalance. Size of the manuscript: 17.5cm x 3.0cm. The palm leaves are numbred from 1 to 76 in Tamil and Arab and from 77 to 78 in Arab; the leaf 54 is missing. The manuscript has an addtional leaf with an invocation to the master (kuru) and two leaves n°1 and 45. It is in very good condition despite its leaves very darkened by fungus infestation.
