Title in original script: குறிப்பிடபடவில்லை (வைத்தியம்) The manuscript is composed of four texts on fever (cura), and a text on diagnosis. Its numbering is continuous from 1 to 44. It is in good condition, slightly damaged by fungus. Text 1- The text is attributed to the cittar Yūkimuṇi. It consists in 64 verses inscribed on palm leaves numbered from 1 to 14; it is complete. The text describes the clinical features of the diverse forms of fever and presents the methods to diagnose each form. Text 2- The text is anonymous. It is composed of 32 sentences written in prose on palm leaves leaves numbered 15 to 24 (recto); it it complete. It describes different types of fever due to vāta imbalance. Text 3- The text, anonymous, is formed by 21 verses written on leaves numbered 24 (verso) to 27; it is complete. The text describes different types of fever that occur under the influence of some stars (naṭcattiram). Text 4- The text, anonymous, consists in 16 verses inscribed on 11 palm leaves numbered from 28-32; it is complete. The different types of fever described in this text are those which occur in a particular day of the week. Text 5- The text, anonymous, is written in verses. It is contains 12 leaves numbered from 33 to 44; it is incomplete. This text describes the method to diagnose different types of diseases by face-to-face observation and by interviewing patients on their symptoms. Size of the manuscript: 35.0cm x 3.8cm. Its numbering is continuous from 1 to 44.The manuscript is in excellent condition. The two first leaves are blank and two others blank separe the texts on fever from the last one, incomplete, which explains medical practice.
