The text presents formulations of medicines with diseases cured by them. The formulations are: Tāḷaka kaṭṭu and Kaiyāntakarai ney, as well as medicines (maruntu not named) for treating ulcers of the lymph nodes in groin region (araiyāppu puṇ), and enlargement of lymph nodes in the neck (kaṇṭamālai). The text explains the importance of the visualisation of the goddess Vālāmpicā (Vālai taricaṉam) in the practice of tantrism. Size of the manuscript: 27,0cm x 2,7cm. The text has 4 leaves in good condition numbered from 4 to 7 and 2 half broken leaves which have no longer a number. There are two blank leaves placed at the beginning and at the end of the text.
