The palm leaves have no continuous numbers but the texts are complete. Both texts deal mostly with formulations of medicines. The manuscript is in good condition; the leaves are little affected by larvae and one is broken. Text 1- The text is entitled Akattiyar Cūttiram- 205. It is composed of 61 leaves in which formulations of medicines are exposed: Decoctions: Vāta cura kiyāḻam, Pitta cura kiyāḻam, Cilēttuma cura kiyāḻam and Acīraṇa cura kiyāḻam. Medicated oils: Cīraka tailam, Kīḻkkāy nelli tailam, Caṅkiṉ vēr tailam, Cemmuḷḷi tailam, Cāraṇai tailam, Amukkirā tailam, Iñci tailam, Akiṟkaṭṭai tailam, Kaiyāntakarai tailam and Kauri tailam; Caṉi enney; as well as an oil (not named) for treating delirium (caṉṉi). Dried plant powder: Meṉi cūraṇam. Medicated ghī: Poṉṉāṅkaṇṇi kirutam. Calcined white medicines prepared from metals and minerals: Karuvaṅka paṟpam, Pittaḷai paṟpam, Oḻukarai paṟpam, Keruṭakkal paṟpam, Kalnār paṟpam, Veḷḷi paṟpam, Taṅka paṟpam, Maṇṭūka paṟpam, Tāḷaka paṟpam, Añcaṉakkal paṟpam, Cātiliṅka paṟpam, Pavaḷa paṟpam, Kalluppu paṟpam, Navacārar paṟpam, Āmai ōṭṭu paṟpam and Muttu paṟpam; Kaṟpūra cuṇṇam and Turucu cuṇṇam. Wax like medicine: Navacāra kuḻampu Medicines (maruntu; not named) for treating cardiac disorders (mār nōvu), vomitting (vānti), hiccup (vikkal), headache (talai nōvu), fever (akkiṉi), anemia (cōkai), haematuria (ratta piramēkam), spermatorhoea (cukkila mēkam) and menorrhagia (perumpāṭu) Topical medicines: a medicated fume (tūpam) for treating fever (curam), a collyrium (añcaṉam) for treating delirium (caṉṉi), and nasal drops (naciyam) for treating 13 types of delirium and fever with shivering (kuḷir curam). The text presents clinical features of different types of fever, notably curam, pitta curam, cilēttuma curam, caṉṉipāta curam and tonta curam. Additionally, it describes the process to purify copper (tāmira cutti). Text 2- The text, composed of 6 leaves on which 60 verses are written is entitled Akattiyar Cūttiram- 600 kku 60. It is an abridgement of Akattiyar Cūttiram- 600 which deals with pharmacopeia. The formulations of medicines exposed in this text concern: Akattiyar kuḻampu, as well as an oil (tailam) for treating 40 types of diseases caused by pitta imbalance, a medicine (maruntu; not named) for treating 96 types of diseases caused by cilēttumam imbalance, piles (mūlavāyu, mūlam), dysentery (kirāṇi), all types of gastric ulcer (aṉaittu vakai kuṉmam) and 20 types of diseases caused by vāta-pitta imbalance. The text explains the diagnostic method using examination of urine (mūttira parīṭcai), as well as the clinical characteristics of fevers (cura laṭcaṇam). Size of the manuscript: 25,5cm x 4,0cm.
