Title in original script: உள்ளமுடையான் The manuscript is composed of a text made up of 37 leaves numbered from 1 to 47; the leaves 17, 25, 30, 32, 34-36, 39, 40 and 43 are missing. The manuscript, bitten by rodents, is in bad condition, some leaves being very damaged. The text, entitled Uḷḷamuṭaiyāṉ, is composed of Sanskrit verses (śloka-s) written in Grantha script. Each leaf comprises three lines of śloka inscribed on the recto and one on the verso. The text concerns divination. It predicts the future of individuals inscribed in the manuscript by using a peculiar method. It consists to insert a part of thread of this manuscript into the hole of the palm leaves which compose it; the leaf where the thread ends (nūl pōṭṭu pārttal) is considered to contain the prediction. Size of the manuscript: 11.5cm x 2.8cm. The 37 palm leaves of the text are numbered from 1 to 47; the leaves 17, 25, 30, 32, 34-36, 39, 40 and 43 are missing. The manuscript, bitten by rodents, is in bad condition. A part of text on the leaves 16, 21-23, 44 is missing.
