Title in original script: தலைப்பு இல்லை (மருந்து செய்முறைகள்) The manuscript is composed of a text constituted of palm leaves numbered from 1 to 55 and 7 additional leaves, among them one placed at the beginning of the text presents an invocation to Ganeṣa and to the guru. The leaves 2, 4, 10, 13, 45, 49 and 51 leaves are missing. The manuscript is in good condition, slightly affected by larvae. The text, written in prose, concerns the medical information provided by a siddha practitioner whose the name is not mentioned in the manuscript. The author presents many medicinal formulas and, specifies, sometimes, for which diseases he prescribes them. The formulations he provides are: Calcined white medicines based on metals and minerals: Tāḷaka paṟpam, Raca paṟpam, Muṭṭai raca paṟpam, Pāṣāṇa paṟpam, Kauri paṟpam, Veḷḷai Pāṣāṇa paṟpam, Cīṉākāra paṟpam, Ciṅki paṟpam, Kalluppu paṟpam, Tiripāṇa paṟpam, Racakaṟpūra paṟpam, Keruṭakal paṟpam, Pavaḷa paṟpam, Caṅku paṟpam, Uppu paṟpam, Raca paṟpam to heal wounds related to venereal diseases (mēkavāta raṇam), Pañcalōka paṟpam for treatment of urinary tract infections (mēkam), Kaivalya paṟpam for anemia (cōkai, pāṇṭu), Piraḷayakālanta vairavaṉ paṟpam to reduce growths (kulai kiranti), Kapāṇṭa paṟpam to treat insanity (paittiyam), and paṟpam (not named) for treating jaundice (mañcaḷ kāmālai), diseases caused by vāta imbalance (cakala vāyu) and piles (mūla muḷai). Red calcined medicines based on metals and minerals: Tāmira centūram, Karumēka centūram Ayakānta centūram to treat anemia (pāṇṭu rōkam), Navalōka centūram to arrest diarrhea (pēti), Eṭṭu pū centūram for treating diabetes Mellitus (matumēkam), and Apāṉa centūram against flatus (vāyu). The author provides also some medicinal formulations (maruntu; not named) for treating skin disease (kuṭṭam), dysentery (kirāṇi) and general bodily debility (mēlukku). Size of the manuscript: 25.5cm x 3.2cm. The palm leaves of the text are numbered from 1 to 55; the leaves 2, 4, 10; 13; 45; 49 and 51 are missing. There two blank leaves placed at the beginning and the end of the text as well as an introductive leaf presenting an invocation to Ganeṣaṉ and the guru. The manuscript is in good condition, slightly affected by larvae.
