The palm leaves are numbered from 1 to 43, the leaves 4 and 38 are missing. The manuscript is in excellent state. Text 1- The text, numbered from 1 to 18, is written in verses. It describes formulations of medicines and the diseases for which they are recommended, among them Iṭivallāti, Viṣa kuḻampu and Cāti liṅka kaṭṭu, as well as medicines (category not specified) for treating muscular atrophy (kaṇai), diabetes mellitus (nīriḻivu), diseases resulting from kapa imbalance (kaṇṭa cileṟpaṇam), colic pain caused by deranged vāta (vātacūlai), strangulation of urine (nīr aṭaippu), oral ulcer (vāy puṇ), cough (irumal), and eye disease (mūḷikkaṇ). Several yantiraṅkaḷ are exposed along the text. Text 2- The text, numbered from 19 to 31 (recto), is written in verses. The text presents yantiraṅkaḷ accompanied by the mantiraṅkaḷ, and notably, mula mantiram. The yantiraṅkaḷ are: ticai kattu yantiram (dikṣa in Sanskrit), umāpati cakram for worshipping Shiva, as well as two yantiraṅkaḷ called vīratumāpati cakram and peyarillāta cakram whose the goal is not mentioned. Text 3- The text, numbered from 31 (verso) to 42, is written in prose. It describes formulations of medicines with their posology, among them Rattiṉāti uruṇṭai and diverse medicines (not specified) for treating convulsions (mucal valippu), orthopedic diseases (mutuku cantu nōvu), vāta diseases, strangulation of urine (nīraṭaippu), colic pain (cūlai) and diseases resulting from black magic (pilli cūṉiyam). Also a yantra (picture) is found at the back side of the last leaf whose details are not mentioned. Size of the manuscript: 13.4cm x 3.2cm. The palm leaves of the three texts are numbered from 1 to 43. The leaves 4 and 38 are missing. There are three additional leaves: one with the title placed at the begining of the manuscript, and two leaves placed at the end, belonging to other manuscripts. The manuscript isin excellent state.
