It is composed of seventeenth texts anonymous or attributed to diverse cittarkaḷ. All the texts are written in verses. The manuscript is in everage condition. Text 1- The text is entitled Akattiyar Vaittiya Cūttiram- 60. It contains eight leaves numbered from 1 to 8, is composed of 60 verses. It deals with formulation of medicines for the following categories of diseases: disorders related to the three tōṣaṅkaḷ, gonorrheal diseases and cervical inflammation, gastric ulcer, colic pain, hemorrhoids, jaundice, leprosy, purpura, eczema, fever, delirium, epilepsy, eye diseases and kavuci (not known). The preparations of medicine which are explained are: Tāḷicapattiri cūraṇam, Muppu cuṇṇam, Iliṅka kaṭṭu, Kantaka paṟpam and Apiraka paṟpam. Text 2- The text, Akattiyar Atta Cūttiram 48, has palm leaves numbered from 9 to 17 on which are composed 48 verses. It explains preparation of medicines for disease of the groin similar to lymph-adenopathy and for leprosy. The formulation of medicines which are described are: Aritāra kaṭṭu, Kantaka kaṭṭu, Pāṣāṇa kaṭṭu, Nāka kaṭṭu, Uppu kaṭṭu, Aya cempu, Veḷvaṅka parpam, Tāmira paṟpam, Turucu centūram and Liṅka centūram. Additionally, purification of copper (cempu cutti) is exposed. Text 3 - This text, Akattiyar Ñāṉam- 16, is composed of palm leaves numbered from 18 to 21 containing 16 verses. It deals with philosophy. It explains the path of wisdom (ñāṉa mārkkam) and the concept of epic (kāviya karupporuḷ). Text 4 - The text is entitled Akattiyar Ñāṉam- 30. Its 30 verses are written on the palm leaves numbered from 22 to 27. The text deals with esotericism. It describes the properties of matter (vastu nilai), initiation of knowledge (tīṭcai), means to achieve the state of eternal bliss (parapiram pati), and methods of meditation (tiyāṉa muṟai). Text 5 - The text, entitled Karūvurār Pūja Viti, has the palm leaves numbered from 28 to 33 on which 30 verses are inscribed. It deals with esotericism and philosophy. It explains the path of wisdom (ñāṉa māṟkkam), the form of male and female semences (nāta vintu rūpam) and glory of epics (pūraṇa makimai). It also discusses the solitude (ēkānta veṭṭaveḷi). Text 6 - The text is Cuntarāṉantar Cūttiram- 25; it contains three leaves numbered from 34 to 36 presenting 25 verses. It deals with alchemy. It describes eight methods of purification (aṭṭa cutti) and mentions the fuller’s earth (vaḻalai). Text 7 - The text, Cuntarāṉantar- 51, is formed of the palm leaves numbered from 37 to 45 on which are composed 51 verses. It deals with esotericism. It describes the means to get self-control (niyamam), to be free of covetousness (iyamam) and to attain wisdom (ñāṉa muṟaikaḷ), the thirty-two methods to be initiated (tīṭcai) and the five states of mind (aiṅkōṇaṅkaḷ). Text 8 - This text is entitled Tīṭcai- 100. It is composed of the palm leaves numbered from 46 to 55, pesenting 100 verses. It deals with esotericism. It explains the function of the middle major nerve (cuḻimuṉai), the sacred letters (aṭcaram) chanted to gods, and the thirty-two methods to be initiated (tīṭcai). Text 9 - The text, Akattiyar Vaittiyam - 51, has 51 verses written on the palm leaves numbered from 56 to 65. It deals with esotericism and medicine. It describes the course of nerve when it changes from the left nostril to the right one (piṅkalai cūṭcam). It explains spiritual activity (ñāṉa kiriyai), the glory of god (cōti tirumai), and the supernatural power to disappear (maṟaippu vittai). It describes a magical black paste used to attract people (vaciya mai). The text presents as well medicines for treating nine types of hemorrhoid (navamūlam). Text 10 - The text, entitled Koṅkaṇavar Paṭcaṉi, is composed of 28 verses written on the palm leaves numbered from 66 to 73; it is incomplete. It deals with esotericism and magic. It explains the methods of worshipping nine cittarkkaḷ (navacittar pūcai). It describes an amulet made of root of Calotropis gigantea used to identify different types of plants. Text 11 - The text, made of the leaf n° 74, presents some medicinal formulations for treating 9 types of hemorrhoid (navamūlam), and an oil extracted from kaṟpa plants called Kaṟpa vaḷara eṇṇai. Text 12 - The text is entitled Pūraṇa Kaṟpa Muṟai. It is made of the palm leaves numbered from 75 to 77 on which 20 verses are inscribed. The text is incomplete. It describes some techniques of yoga and methods of rejuvenation (kaṟpam). Text 13 - This text, Akattiyar Tirāvaka Cūttiram- 14, has three leaves numbered from 1 to 3 containing 14 verses. It presents a category of products used in alchemy and medicine called tirāvakam (acids). Text 14 - The text, entitled Akattiyar Cūttira Mūppu Vakai- 6 is made of the palm leaves n°4 and 5 on which 6 verses are inscribed. It deals with alchemy and describes muppū, and an alkaline liquid (uppu ceyanīr) that acts on metals for preparing a specific paṟpam (nīṟṟīṇam). Text 15 - The text, Akattiyar cūttiram- 8, is composed of the palm leaves numbered 6 and 7 on which are inscribed 8 verses. Dealing with iatrochemistry, it describes how to prepare orpiment beads (tāḷaka kuru). Text 16 - The text, entitled Akattiyar Ūḻi Kāṟṟu Varalāṟu, has three palm leaves numbered 1 to 3 and contains 16 verses. It is incomplete. It deals with magic and describes diseases caused by past deeds (ūḻi kāṟṟu nōykaḷ). Text 17- The text Akattiyar Cūttiram- 10 is composed of the palm leaves numbered from 8 to 10 presenting 14 verses. Dealing with iatrochemistry, it describes how to prepare beads (kaṭṭu) from a ruby stone (māṅkica kal). Size of the manuscript: 30,1cm x 3,3cm. Although many leaves are broken and fragile, the reading of the manuscript is hardly affected. The texts 1 to 12 are numbered continuoussly from 1 to 77; the texts 13 to 15 from 1 to 7; the text 16 from 1 to 3 and the last one from 8 to 10. The texts 10, 12 and 16 are incomplete. The manuscript is in everage condition. Although many leaves are broken and fragile, the reading of the manuscript is hardly affected.
