Title in original script: செந்தூரம்- 600 The manuscript is composed of a text by Akattiyar called Centuram-800. The text, written in verses, contains 70 palm leaves. The manuscript is complete. It is in excellent condition but as it was very affected by fungus before its cleaning, it is fragile. The text describes in details the preparation of various categories of medicines, among them numerous use iatrochemical processes. The medicinal formulations mentioned in this text are: Amukkarā cūraṇam and Elāty cūraṇam, Paṭṭai cūraṇam, Kalluppu paṟpam, Tāḷaka paṟpam, Veḷḷiya paṟpam, Navācāra paṟpam, Raca paṟpam and Koḻi atti paṟpam; Nāka centūram, Tāmpira centūram, Liṅka centūram, Kānta centūram, Kārīya centūram, Veḷvaṅka centūram and Maṇṭūra centūram; Liṅka kaṭṭu; Pēti māttirai, Cintāmaṇi māttirai and Rāmapāṇa māttirai, Aya māttirai, Cañcīvi māttirai and Pācāṇa māttirai; Cāti liṅka kuḷikai, Maṇṭūra kuḷikai, Atti curatirku kuḷikai, Āṉanta vairavaṉ kuḷikai, Raca kuḷikai, Kastūrāti kuḷikai and Cañcīvi kuḷikai; Paṭṭai cūraṇam, Kāya kuḻampu, Muyal ney; Amaṇakku eṇṇey; Kaṇṭāti lēkiyam and Tēnkāy lēkiyam. Additionally, the text mentions remedies for treating specific diseases, such as a decoction for fever (curatukku kacāyam); a electuary (lēkiyam) and tablets (māttirai) for treating dysentery (kirāṇi); a medicated ghī (ney) and an oil (tailam) for treating diseases caused by pitta imbalance; medicated oils (eṇṇey) against scrotal swelling (āntira vātam), blurred vision (kaṇ pukaiccal) and for treating symptoms similar to those of the Parkinson disease (naṭukku vātam); medicated fumes for treating piles (mūlattukku pukai); pills (kuḷikai) for increasing rigour (kuḷir), and for reducing a type of fever (atti curam); a kuḻampu (semi-liquid medicine) against hiccup (vikkal), and lastly, a formula for treating tonsillitis (uṇṇāku vaḷarci). Size of the manuscript 30,5cm x 3,9cm. The manuscript is composed of 70 leaves numbered in Tamil and in Arabic numerals and two leaves: one with the title at the beginning of the text, and the second, at the end, blank. It is complete and in excellent condition but weakened by attack by fungus; many leaves were sticked by fungus.
