Title in original script: குறிப்பிடபடவில்லை (மருந்து செய்முறைகள்) The manuscript is composed of a text of 77 palm leaves numbered from 1 to 90. The text is incomplete as 13 leaves are missing. The condition of the manuscript is relatively good although weakened by fungus; some leaves are broken or damaged by larvae. The entire text focuses on formulation of medicines. The formulations described are: Kukkuṭāti kacāyam, Vācāti kacāyam and Kōḻikuñcu kacāyam; Elāti cūraṇam and Muntiriṅkā cūraṇam; Cuṇṭai vaṟṟal pōṭi, Muṭṭai vāṟṟu and Palpōṭi; Viyākkarāti ney, Kukkil titta ney, Pañca kaliyāṇi kiṟutam, Malli mātaļa kirutam, Nellikāy kirutam and Pañca kaviya kirutam; Āmaṇaku eṇṇai; Periya lāṭcāti tailam, Karuñcūrai tailam, Kukkuṭāti tailam and Nuḷḷi vēr tailam; Vilvāti lēkiyam, Vācāti lēkiyam, Aval lēkiyam, Kaṟparācāṅka lēkiyam, Kaṭukkāy lēkiyam and Utiralāti lēkiyam; Aṉṉapeti kuḻampu, Viṣa kuḻampu and Teṅkāy kuḻampu; Caravāṅka māttirai, Kapa kulāntakaṉ kuḷikai and Karukkuvāy kuḷikai; Kantaka paṟpam; and raca kaṟpūra centūram and Aṉṉapeti centūram. The text describes as well some medicines and medicinal categories by indicating their medical use: a medicine (Āṉai coṟi) recommended for a skin disease characterized by roughness with intense itching; a tuvālai, a rubbing or smearing medicament and a tailam (oil) for āntiram (rectal proplapse); kuḻampu (semi liquid medicinal preparations) for dysentry and lip cracks (utaṭu veṭippu); eṇṇey (oils) for ear ache (kātu vali), pitta and vāta diseases, sinusitis (pīṉicam); ney (medicated butters) for flatulency of the uterus in pregnant women (kaṟppa vāyu), dysentery (kirāṇam), kaṇai (a kind of atrophy in children due to rickets) and polio myelitis (iỊampiḷḷai vātam); a kacāyam (decoction) applied on head for treating insanity; a centūram (red calcinated medicine composed of metals or minerals) for discharge of pus in ears (cīḻ kātu) and periodical fever (māṟal curam); a taḷam, red paste made of powdered plants mixed with animal blood applied on the scalp for the treatment of headache; naciyam, nasal drops; oṟṟal (fomentation); and remedies for corn foot (kālil āṇi) and acute pain (tuḷḷaḷ vāṟṟu). Size of the manuscript 28,4cm x 3,5cm. The text is numbered in Tamil and Arabic from 1 to 90. 13 leaves are missing (10; 16; 17; 19, 25; 26, 28; 30; 62 to 66). The manuscript is slighly damaged by fungus and larvae: the first 5 leaves and leaves 27 and 41 are broken.
